Quick facts:
- San Venanzio is named for Saint Venantius Fortunatus, who was born in Valdobbiadene in the sixth century and wrote a number of texts on vines and winemaking, as well as several hymns still used by the Church today.
- The winery uses no clarifying agents and only minimal quantities of sulfur in their sparkling wines, in order to produce vibrant wines with persistent perlage.
