Quick facts:

• The family’s roots in the village of Ville-sur-Arce date back to the eighteenth century. Stéphane’s ancestors were initially grape-growers before beginning to make wine themselves.
• In order to best express the terroir and the fruit, the winemaking is low interventionist: primary fermentation takes place with native yeasts, malolactic fermentation occurs naturally, there is no filtration or fining, and little to no dosage is added.
