Jose Pastor

Jose grew up in Spain with access to a large selection of aged, traditional Spanish wines cellared in his family's restaurants. Finding the current Spanish wine market markedly different than the one preserved in the cellar, Jose has set out to highlight and encourage a return to traditional Spanish winemaking.
